Get your list in
Import your spreadsheet — one tab per sport, reused columns, section titles and all. You choose which tabs to bring in and which column is which; it runs as a dry run first, and any import can be undone in one step.
Every part of the card — player, year or season, brand, set, subset, team, number, parallel, insert. Blank fields stay blank.
Serial numbers as numbers — 05/10 becomes 5 of 10, so "numbered /25 or lower" is a filter.
Grades and certs — PSA 9, BGS 9.5, FCG 8 split into grader and grade; cert numbers pulled out of your notes.
Autos and relics — on-card or sticker, signed in person or not, ink colour, and jersey / patch / bat as its own field.
The awkward ones — short prints, super short prints, errors and variations, base or insert, condition on a standard scale.
Organise it
Collections, nestable, for the way you actually group cards.
Spaces — saved views (filters, sort, columns) you can make and throw away without touching the collection.
Four lists — Collection, Inventory, Want list, For sale — keeping and selling kept separate.
Player list — the players you collect, so someone you are chasing shows up before you own any of their cards.
Duplicates grouped into the trade pile, with what the stack is worth.
Arrange by hand — drag cards into any order and resize the tiles; a stable item number on every card for labelling.
Value and reports
Value that adds up — weighted by how many you hold, with the median next to the average.
Honest profit — worked out only on cards where you entered both what you paid and what it is worth.
Value over time, tracked from the day you start, plus a catalogue-health view of what is missing.
Insurance schedule — one line per item the way an adjuster reads it, with a declared total; prints or saves as a PDF.
Photos
Front, back, the slab label — kept private and shown only to you.
Rotate and remove photos in place; set any one as the card's primary.
Share and take it with you
Shareable links — a read-only view of your whole collection or one space, for anyone, no login.
Export any time — a real Excel workbook or a CSV, with your filters applied, even while an account is locked.
